Edit, Preview, and Publish Sites
Once a site is created, you (and team members) can edit it for your customer. We also provide a preview link that you can send to your customers so that they can review the site before it's published.

Edit a Site
You can edit a site for the user one of two ways:
From the User Detail page of the Cloud Admin, click Login.
From the User Detail page of the Cloud Admin, click Login.

Then click Edit from the User portal.

Or, from the Site Detail page in the Cloud Admin, click Edit Site.

The site opens in the Editor, where you can make any needed changes.

Change a Site's Domain
You can change a site's domain when needed.
From the site's detail page, click Set Domain and enter the new domain.
From the site's detail page, click Set Domain and enter the new domain.
Tip: Domain names must be unique and must not contain weebly.
Preview a Site Before Publishing
You can preview how a site will appear live without publishing. The site displays in a preview window with a temporary URL. You can send this URL to team members or site owners so they can view the site. The URL remains valid for 30 days.
To preview a site, from the Editor click the Preview button.

Note: Only users accessing the Editor from Cloud Admin will see the Preview button. It is unavailable to users accessing the site from the User Portal.
The site displays in a preview window with a temporary Website Preview bar. This bar disappears when the site is actually published. Copy the URL from the address bar to send to the customer.

Note: Blogs, Commerce, Search, Forms and Membership do not work in preview sites.
You can also preview the site using the Site Preview link from the Site Detail page.

Publish a Site
When you publish a site, it goes live at the domain you’ve registered for the site and can be immediately accessed.
Click the Publish button to make the site live.
